Today is the shortest day of the year, with the longest night. In a spiritual sense we can really feel this, with Orthodoxy attacked on all sides.We True Orthodox are very few.

But after the shortest day the days get longer and we get more light.

We must keep our faith, hope and love intact.

Our greatest hope is for our salvation, that Christ will take us to him and save us.

There is a widespread belief that the AntiChrist will come soon and we just need to wait for him. This is not so. Russia will be resurrected. Though that might seem very hard to imagine right now.This is because there are worthy people hidden within the devastation of Russia.

Every period of martyrdom, such as that of the Holy New Martyrs of Russia, to whom we must pray, and which the prophecies show is not yet over, with another grave period of persecution to come, is followed by a period of expansion of the church, including to new peoples.

This will come after a terrible time, after World War 3.

We are in a very dark night before the dawn.

The Church we belong to, the Russian Church, will be resurrected and will bring many saints with it.

[To this I would like to add my own observation. After World War 3 for the first time the Gospel will be preached throughout the world, with most, if not all countries becoming True Orthodox Christian, with the Jews who have so far failed to convert, including those of the State of Israel being the last, after all the gentile nations have been gathered]

Hoje é o dia mais curto do ano, com a noite mais longa. Num sentido espiritual, podemos realmente senti-lo, com a Ortodoxia atacada por todos os lados. Nós, os verdadeiros ortodoxos, somos muito poucos.

Mas depois do dia mais curto, os dias ficam mais longos e recebemos mais luz.

Devemos manter intactos a nossa fé, esperança e amor.

A nossa maior esperança é a salvação, que Cristo nos leve para Si e nos salve.

Existe uma crença generalizada de que o Anticristo virá em breve e que só precisamos de esperar por ele. Isso não é verdade. A Rússia ressuscitará. Embora isso possa parecer muito difícil de imaginar agora. Isto porque há pessoas dignas escondidas no meio da devastação da Rússia.

Todo o período de martírio, como o dos Santos Novos Mártires da Rússia, a quem devemos rezar, e que as profecias mostram que ainda não terminou, com outro grave período de perseguição por vir, é seguido por um período de expansão da Igreja, inclusive para novos povos.

Isto acontecerá após um período terrível, depois da Terceira Guerra Mundial.

Estamos numa noite muito escura antes do amanhecer.

A Igreja a que pertencemos, a Igreja Russa, ressuscitará e trará consigo muitos santos.

[A isto, gostaria de acrescentar a minha própria observação. Após a Terceira Guerra Mundial, pela primeira vez, o Evangelho será pregado em todo o mundo, com a maioria, senão todos os países, a tornarem-se verdadeiros cristãos ortodoxos, sendo os judeus que até agora não se converteram, incluindo os do Estado de Israel, depois da última nação gentílica a converter-se.]
